Something Yummy

Fresh Green beans, Chez Bob style... are so good! The meat dish melted... as though they had been marinated for a month. It was Nick's last night to enjoy this special dinner spot with Bob, Eric, and me; and we certainly did!

Last Day of Summer at Chez Bob's

"Don't worry about the bloody ostrich burger, it's been cooked to 160 degrees" Chez Bob.

Ostrich and buffalo and corn on the cob, oh my!

My favorite dish was the mushrooms, although the ostrich really was very, very delicious.

Nick Greene joined us for dinner. He is living with me (rubyquail) and so he gets to enjoy dinner at the most famous restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico!

All American just for Eric

Bob cooks special for Eric when it's just the two of them - all american beans, buns, and something long in there, we never know what those long things are, do we? Oh, Bob makes fabulous mashed potatos, too. Good thing it was just the two of them!

Review: DELICIOUS! I don't know how he makes shrimp taste so wonderful, but with finely chopped garlic, peppers, scallion - unbelievably special night.

Felicity Comes to Dinner at Chez Bob's

The perfect Memorial Day "picnic" prepared with expertise and love for Eric & Felicity. On the menu: special burgers, homemade potato salad, and just the right touch by the chef.

I guaranteeeeeeee, it was delicious!
I didn't eat this night, I just went to taste test and photograph; well, I ended up tasting quite a bit!

Dinner With Marjorie Love

Impressive! Marjorie can't get over Bob's green chili puree made with real cream and fresh green chili from Hatch, NM.
See, she's very happy here - very, very (take my word for it). Bob made us a very special dinner which I was proud to take my cousin to the best restaurant in town: Chez Bob's!
